Wow! This is something to celebrate! Addiction Recovery can be a long road for many. Our volunteers willingly serve and show the love of Christ to all our participants through the ups and downs of recovery.
Through our volunteers’ commitment we see stories like this: At the beginning of February at an Addiction Recovery meeting, a woman started sharing her story reflecting on many vulnerable details about her past and her struggles with addiction. Our volunteer listened and was able to share about Jesus with her, and right there at that moment she accepted Jesus!
We celebrate with her as she accepted with deep gratitude everything that Jesus has done for her.
