Connecting Streams equips and mobilizes the Church to reach society’s vulnerable populations through six ministry streams: Addiction Recovery (ARM), Widow to Widow (W2W), Inner City, Intercultural, Long-Term Care & Seniors, and Prison. Our ministries foster faith and hope, providing the support needed to make a meaningful impact. Let us help you take the first steps towards engaging these communities!
Addiction Recovery
We partner with addiction recovery facilities in relational small group settings focused on encouragement and faith. We facilitate a Christ-centered 12-step program as a safe place to access support and be set free from addictions.

Inner City
Inner City Ministry mobilizes the Church across Canada to engage with the vulnerable, offering intentional opportunities to share the transformational love of Christ with those experiencing homelessness or extreme poverty through practical ministry, spiritual care, and community-building activities.

Widow to Widow
We offer emotional, practical, and spiritual support for widows at all stages of their journey, introducing them to the love and care of God through Jesus. No widow has to walk this path alone.

Intercultural
We offer dynamic training for followers of Jesus to become facilitators who welcome newcomers and internationals, guiding them toward the hope found in Christ. Participants are invited to engage in authentic conversations and build lasting relationships rooted in compassion and faith.

Prison
We provide purposeful opportunities for Christ-followers to reach out to those in correctional and young offenders centres. Our trained leaders guide volunteers into life transformational encounters for everyone involved.

Long-Term Care & Seniors
We provide church volunteer teams with the necessary tools and resources to minister in long term care communities and retirement homes.
We will assist churches in focussing on shut-ins within the church community, also the members of the community who are aging at home, many without any support.
We will also help to provide focus on the caregivers who need the support of the church.
