*Cross Pollination, and Why it is a Good Idea

Just as in the plant world, where new life arises from the introduction of pollen from other plants, we believe our volunteer teams have much to offer one another by the exchange of ideas which are rooted in a common ministry purpose. As you listen to those from other teams share their successes and their challenges, may you be encouraged and challenged to return to your area of ministry with fresh vision and strength.
